CANCELLATION POLICY:

Services ordered can be cancelled without a penalty charge until 15 calendar days prior your arrival.

For cancellations within 15 calendar days a penalty of 50% will be charged.

For cancellations on the day of arrival or in case of NO SHOW (failure to show up) a penalty of 100% will be charged for all services ordered.
TERMS OF PAYMENT:
Methods of payment: bank transfer, cash, credit card or Széchenyi vouchers
Booking condition: 50% advance payment within 10 days of booking.

In case of last minute reservations (within 3 days) payment is due on the spot. To confirm a booking a pre-checked credit card guarantee is required with a permission to charge your card with the amount of the deposit.

For reservations in advance further than 2 months, a deposit is due 1 month prior your arrival.

In case of wire transfers please indicate your name and address, the reference number on the prepayment request, which are required to issue a deposit invoice.

In case you wish to pay the deposit with a Széchenyi voucher, please send us the data of your card, your home address and the date of reservation.
