Those seeking relaxation are awaited in the sauna section by a Finnish and an infrared sauna, steam cabin, experience shower and salt room.
The temperature of the 12-person Finnish sauna is 90-100°C, it is recommended to stay inside for 8 to 12 minutes. Cool yourself between two sauna cycles with a cold shower and take a break of 8 to 10 minutes. As an effect, the organism gets rid of toxins, it gets stronger and full of energy.
The temperature of the infrared sauna is 50-60°C. The infrared rays penetrate the muscle tissues deeply, thus help the detoxication. It is less of a burden for the organism compared to the Finnish sauna. The recommended continuous stay in the cabin is between 16 and 24 minutes, then take a break and cool yourself. Use the sauna for a maximum of 45-60 minutes.
The temperature in the steam bath is 43-63°C, however the humidity can reach 100%. The vapours and the warm air calm the nerves, intensify the blood circulation, and vitalise the skin.
The activity of the respiratory organs can increase during the time spent in the salt room, its usage can improve the organism’s general physical condition, and it can have a serious preventive effect against respiratory illnesses.
