CANCELLATION POLICY:

We can accept the cancellation of the accommodation service without penaltyuntil 16.00 on the 3rd day before arrival.

In case of cancellation within 3 days or earlier departure after arrival, 50% of the canceled accommodation package will be invoiced as penalty.

50% of the total price must be prepaid within 5 calendar days after receiving our confirmation.

In case of last minute reservations (within 3 days) payment is due on the spot. To confirm a booking a pre-checked credit card guarantee is required with a permission to charge your card with the amount of the deposit.

For reservations in advance further than 2 months, a deposit is due 1 month prior your arrival.

In case of wire transfers please indicate your name and address, the reference number on the prepayment request, which are required to issue a deposit invoice.

In case you wish to pay the deposit with a Széchenyi voucher, please send us the data of your card, your home address and the date of reservation.
